A scenic and rewarding trail which includes views over Red Rock Gorge on the Murrumbidgee River. This walk is one part of the longer Murrumbidgee Discovery Track from Casuarina Sands to Point Hut Crossing.
Kambah Pool is located off Kambah Pool Road via Sulwood Drive in Kambah.
Toilets are available at Kambah Pool and Pine Island.
The track is easy to follow and well signposted. It follows the Murrumbidgee and occasionally dips down to the water's edge. The track gives excellent views of the Bullen Range on the opposite bank as well as a variety of native fauna and flora. Keep an eye out for the cubed shaped droppings of the Common Wombat. Birds of Prey may be seen soaring overhead at Red Rock Gorge.
There are no costs to walk this track.
