Login/signup to tick this walk off.A fantastic birdwatching walk, Thirlmere Lakes walking track is unmarked but well-defined. Setting out from Couridjah picnic area, the flat, enjoyable 6km loop joins Dry Lakes Road and passes Werri Berri picnic area and Heritage Pump Station as you return along Slades Road. Even though there's no directional signage, you'll have no trouble finding your way.
There's multiple entrances onto the loop. You can start at the Werri Berri Picnic Area on Slades Rd, THIRLMERE NSW. A vehicle entry fee of $8 per day applies if entering via Slades Rd. If you park at the end of (coming from the north via Bonds Rd) Dry Lakes Rd you won't have to pay a vehicle fee.
