Drop down to Cahills Crossing on your return for a picnic and a chance for a croc sighting on the East Alligator River and see the numerous vehicle that did not make it across the causeway. There are also a number of other walks that start from here: Bardrdjilidji, Manngarree Rainforest and Sandstone Bushwalk.

Comments

great walk, lovely cave paintings, steep climb to the top of Ubirr rock. If you stay overnight expect the mossies to take you away.

Stunning views of the wetlands from the top. A fairly easy climb. The rock art is some of the best you will see anywhere in Australia.

First chance in the Northern Territories to get a bit of a walk around without those crocs snapping at your heals and see some 'rock art' and a high vantage point of the Nadad Floodplain.
