Take a taxi, hitchhike or walk to the trailhead for Laguna de Los Tempanos, Laguna Encantada or Laguna del Caminante (8km from Ushuaia centre).

Route/Trail notes
Follow the signs for Laguna Encantada. When you arrive at the lake you will see the creek/river coming from the saddle to the right. Walk around the lake until you reach the creek/river and begin walking up the left side of the creek/river. Once you arrive at the saddle follow the ridgeline to the right. Keep to the ridge! It is much easier than walking in the scree on the slopes. Enjoy the views!
