A detailed description of the walk!
Start at Sunset Beach head to the Northern most point of the beach where there is a obvious place to start your ascent then you shall be ontop of the ridge that runs the extent of the narrow island detour to the Northern point of the island to look across at Miall Island then head down to the beach on the far side as the ridge can't be followed as plant growth gets to thick. Walk south along the beach till the head land where you will begin to climb towards the summit seeing views of the beach bellow and of Great Keppel Island towards the summit the plant growth is thicker.
Do you need any permits? What's the cost?
Cost could be involved getting to the island and if you intend to stay camp needs to be booked.
