Beautiful walk through eucalypt forest along a well maintained fire trail. We parked at the junction of Suttons Road & Suttons Court, Camp Mountain, parked the car at the horse step through and headed up the hill. It's a steep walk up to the lookout where you will find spectacular views of Brisbane City and Moreton Bay. Wander a little further and you can see the beautiful Samford Valley and Glass House Mountains in the distance. You can also drive into the lookout from Mt Nebo Road.

If you are feeling energetic and want to add an extra hour to your walk, head down the hill towards Bellbird Grove - the trail splits just after the water tank, instead of going left to do the circuit, go straight ahead. Follow the trail and you will come into the back of Bellbird Grove - have a toilet stop, a little rest and then turn around and head back the same way to join back onto the circuit.

Road blocked to cars, but not to walkers. So we walked 900m up a very steep road, reached the lookout, and didn't following any of the other muddy trails.

good little walk to blow out the hiking cobwebs. Has some good consistent uphill sections to get the lungs working.
Glad i started early(5:30am) as their wasnt a soul around, but when i got back there were cars everywhere, so appears to get quite busy.

This was an exceptionally hardy track. Lots of rocky (loose) steeps. We started up at the look out passing the toilets and took the steep hill to the left and then got to a T intersection in the bush and went left and folloit back up mass steep track which brought us out before the car park up at the look out. Hope this helps as barely any signage when in there. Great work out for the calves.

Parking was a bit tricky as the street is a single lane type of thing. We finished the walk in an hour. Nice workout as the way there is nearly entirely up hill.

Quite a nice hike, pretty easy to find and park up. Was quite steep in some parts especially carrying the baby, but decently shaded. Great views and picnic area at the top for some morning tea. Didn't see any koalas lol

Did this in reverse by starting at the lookout and heading downhill. An enjoyable walk close to the city.

Nice walk, a bit steep in spots, but only took me about an hour to complete. Good views from the Lookout.

Great walk for my three kids. 6 year old wanted a shoulder ride after a while but she did pretty well. Shame we didn’t see much wildlife at all (expected to at least see a koala) but it was probably due to the complaining my 6 year old was doing . Very secluded. Make sure you keep a gps with you or look for markers as it can be a bit enclosed and disorientating. Good walk in the bush!

Great climb on this walk. Easy would be for the fact that it's on a fire trail and easy to access however be prepared for a climb, with a great view as the reward at the top. Toilets at the top! Bit slippery on the way down today due to the damage caused by the recent wet weather.
