A warmup across the beach to the 210 stairs. The views are lovely. Following the path along the coast and down across the beach to reach the track up to Hells Gate. We turned around here (access was closed to Hells Gate). Followed the Bay back to the emergency phone beacon and walked back through the bush to McAnnally Drive. Walkind the road to Seaview Terrace beach access. Back down onto the beach and coming back up to the surf club at beach access 31.
