Start near Reflections Holiday Park at Shaws Bay, Ballina. Head straight out to coast and then head north along LIghthouse parade. There is a wide path all the way to Flat Rock (and beyond).

The path goes via turn off to LIghthouse Beach, Shelley Beach, Angels Beach to Flat Rock. You can choose to walk along the beach or the path or alternate on return. Path is also great for bike riding.

If you time low tide at Flat Rock you can explore the rock pools.
