Getting there

Begin the hike by driving to Yumori park (夕森公園）.From the carpark, you will see a large banner that says in Japanese 龍神の滝 on a bridge. Note that there is no English signs on this hike. Cross the bridge with this sign on it and follow the path.

Route/Trail notes

After crossing the bridge cotninue along the path through a campsite. Continue walking and you will see a stunning red bridge. Cross the bridge and then continue. The path will take you up a flight of stairs. After reaching the top of the stairs continue uphill and you will find another entrance that says 龍神の滝. Take this entrance across a board walk. This will take you to the first waterfall and give you multiple viewpoints. 

After seeing the first waterfall, continue to the 龍神の滝神社 (Ryujin no Taki Shrine). From the shrine continue uphill along the road where you will find signs pointing towards 銅穴の滝 (Doukou no Taki). Follow this path until you reach a gate with lots of signs plastered over it. Walk through the ominous gate and continue along the road. 

As you walk along the road, you will first past another minor waterfall called Bourin Falls 忘燐の滝. Continue along the road and eventually you will reach 銅穴の滝. To get a good view of the falls, walk into the gazebo and rock hop down to the basin of the waterfall. 

Follow same path back.
