Route/Trail notes

Cross the driveway near the picnic table, and enter through the gap in the wooden fence to find the trailhead. There is a large signboard at the trailhead that shows information about native plants in the park. Follow the loop. There is a bench seat halfway around. While this path is well-formed, it is a remote park and may not be regularly maintained - look for tree falls and ants nests along the path.

Comments

An easy and interesting walk, with very different plant life to other walks in the Toowoomba Region. Flat the whole way around. Lots of ant nests in the middle of the path and a couple of golden orb spiders across the path in shaded sections - carry a stick! Saw a huge goanna.
