Which maps cover the area?
The walk is a 7.5 km out and back hike. There is a decent uphill early on in the walk and the clay sections are very slippery when wet . About halfway along is Flat Rock ,a large open area however camping is not allowed Flat Rock also has a safe swimming hole , if you need a break to freshen up. Continuing along the track, it breaks uphill and the sound of the steam disappears , don't worry it swings back to the creek after a few small hills and the vegetation turns into more rain forest which signals you are almost there. Stay on the track and there is a short rock scramble to a well shaded swimming hole by a waterfall. After heavy rain there are numerous small creek crossings with a significant crossing about 200 meters from the Falls
