Getting there

Begin this walk at the track access area. From Eungella drive through Broken river and take the road to Credition Hall on the left. The track access area is just before the bridge, before you see the sign to the hall.

Follow the signs. The lower track on the right will take you along the river where you can enjoy the reflections on the water. Then return via the upper track.

A nice quiet walk - very easy but had some trouble finding how to get there. I didn't research this walk beforehand so we were hoping to swim but this isn't a walk with any swimming spots. We were lucky enough to see a platypus on our walk :). A pretty luck moment at 1pm!!

There's no road signage. There is a gravel unmarked parking area on a bend and close to the river. This is where you park and across the road there is a sign saying track access point. A short way down the path you will find the sign showing that you are close to the Wishing Pool circuit.

We walked this track as part of the Credition Creek Track. Starting at the other end we were hoping for at least a picnic table when we arrived at the access point but there wasn't anything. I think there are at Credition Hall but we didn't walk down there as we wanted to get back to Broken River Visitor's Area. The track itself was great. We saw a lot of fungi along the way probably because of the recent wet weather.
