A bit muddy, we didn’t attempt the creek crossing but walked to the end and back.

Nice easy hike. Waterfall at the beginning but other than that not much to see. Toilets and cafe at the carpark.

Nice easy walk, quite wet, Got a leech crossing the stream

Amazing walk a few challenges crossing the creek took the log option rather than rock hopping once across had to climb a steep embankment to get to the path above because of a huge log . Overcame the challenges and sat a while to rest.

Circuit was open. The creek was flowing well and the track was a bit muddy due to rain a week ago. Really fun walk, lots of interesting things to look at. Saw a kookaburra and plenty of flying foxes. Part of the track crosses over the creek, with only some slippery boulders and a large, messy, tangled log as your options to get across. Take the log. The boulders are a trap lol

Beautiful

Currently closed. Last creek crossing tricky with present water levels.

Wanderlust on 21 Dec, 2020

Moderate level as quite a number of steps here and there. At one point the path was blocked by fallen tree and debris so we had to navigate over the creek boulders.

nice walk, lovely rock pools. however it was very uneven ground with lots of rocks and tree roots over the path. part of the path was closed due to fallen tree but they were chainsawing it into pieces at the time. uphill on the way back.

We love doing this walk. At a cracking pace with two boys we can get from the ice cream shop at Curtis Falls and back again in 30mins.

Great circuit but for those less fit just be aware it’s a lot of uphill and stairs on the way back up 😀

Nice, easy walk

Gorgeous short walk. Would be near perfect if it wasn't for the traffic noise.

Beautiful little trail. Close to the road though.

3.5/5 stars, 1.25hrs return at relaxed pace. Small lookout at the base of the small Curtis Falls, going out onto the rocks in the river to gives a better view. Ease of the walk also means that there can be quite a few people at the lookout, although there isn’t much to look at so people tend not to stick around long. The Lower Creek Circuit is a loop that branches off the Curtis Falls track but circles back to the same spot, with both sides of the loop following the river closely. Nice scenery, there are spots along the river where you can walk across felled trees to the other side. The river itself runs relatively flat. I've done this walk 1 time.

Did the lower creek circuit the same time as doing Curtis Falls. Did it in an anti clockwise direction. The walk is quite easy, may be a little bit easier if done in a clockwise direction....theres a few stairs to climb once you cross the creek by hopping across a few stones at the halfway mark.

Nice little walk on a hot day, very busy on the weekends.

Decided that the extra walk would be nice after seeing Curtis Falls. Easy track along a beautiful creek. Has a few bridges passing over the creek.
Had recently rained, so several parts of the path were muddy - be prepared for your shoes to get a little mud!
