| I am on my 50s and like to challenge myself with challenging things. On thr last Saturday of Summer 4 of u s attempted the aussie 10 in 1 day. To recap it is a 45km walk summiting the 10 highest peaks in Australia. It ended up being my second hardest day ever. We started at 450am and finished at 730pm. We had a great sense of accomplishment. Last year in November we did the coast walk in The Royal National Park. This was 56 kms return and took about 15 hours. I am now plotting my next hard adventure |
