A stunning little walk. You have quite good cover from the canopy above for almost all of the walk and constantly experience the towering big boy Booyong trees. It ends with a stunning lookout. We combined this walk with the Morans Falls walk but I would recommend doing this first. Seeing the waterfall from the lookout, and hearing the rush of water, really motivates you to check it out. If you do the Morans Falls walk first I still wouldn't skip this but some may be tired after the short ascent. The lookout is quite built up but of course be careful with kids as it drops away sharply. |

Completed this after doing the Python Rock walk. Really great walk with stunning views. At the end of the trail there is a nice open area to sit down and eat any food you have brought with you. As I mentioned in my Python Rock walk comment I would recommend doing this one second if you think you can tackle both of them. It's a good finisher for the day as your legs may be burning depending on the pace of your ascent. |
