| This was a really beautiful walk and I was finishing up in total post hike bliss...HOWEVER....in the last stretch on Old North Coast Road I was attacked by a dog when walking down the street. This dog was reported in a previous post in April 2018 so I was careful when walking along the road. I stopped when the dog came up to allow it to smell me, however, it lunged at me and bit me in the upper thigh unprovoked. Very scary!!! I have reported the attack to the council so hopefully something will be done about this dangerous dog. However, I would strongly recommend trying to avoid Old North Coast Road. | ||||
