An enjoyable walk in bushland with few viewpoints to look at the reservoir. This loop is well marked doing it clockwise and not too hard to follow when doing it anti-clockwise. I found plenty of markings (tape) that guided me when following its narrow trails in an anti-clockwise manner. Birds chirping away and cicadas singing are your main companion. I also saw lots of butterflies, dragon flies and bull ants as well as water birds, freshwater turtles and one fast lace lizard monitor among others. |
