Was a good challenge (South to North). Unfortunately, it rained every day making it harder to enjoy at points. I also opted to do it in 4 days instead of 5, skipping over the second camp doing 35kms on the second day. Can't say I recommend doing the same, was a brutal day with the packs on and we underestimated how draining hiking across sand would be. Overall an amazing walk still! loved the challenge.

Lovely day, super clear skies and just after the rain so the waterfalls were in full flow. Had a swim down at the pools |

Beautiful view, not a cloud in sight. It was surprisingly hot even though we started at 8:30. Would recommend around a 7:00 start

Great weather and views were clear, I'd recommend going after some rain, it's a bit slippery and the views aren't as clear but the waterfalls are in full flow and it's honestly breathtaking, better than the views you see from the viewpoints in my opinion.

Did this over 2 days, and camped at rum jungle. Was a gruelling hike up and down carrying the backpacks with our tents and food took about 3 and a half hours up. We summited the east peak in the morning for the sunrise which was quite difficult in the dark to find any path, just had to keep walking in the general direction and choose the easiest path we could find. The scrambling towards the top was more extreme than expected but it wasn't anything too scary. We got to the top earlier than expected and were freezing cold in the crazy winds waiting for the sun to come up. Once it finally did the view was breathtaking. Would definitely recommend this hike to those with some experience. Plan on doing the South Ridge next time!

Great day for it, went to the pinnacle as well, definitely recommend the side track, requires some scrambling and climbing but nothing to severe.
