Good enjoyable walk, I'd say it a medium difficulty level for beginners. Use to run it everyday with incredible lookouts over to the islands and overall an enjoyable time.
Really lovely, scenic walk overlooking the bay. Totally spectacular views. Lots of bird life including red tailed black cockatoos. Good walking shoes required, a hat, sunscreen and plenty of water. Lots of stone steps of varying heights. Would love to do it again at dawn as the sun and the birds rise. Annie M
One of our favourite walks during our recent QLD road trip- picturesque, great views and we even saw Turtles from the look out above. Did it right on dusk, took a beer to enjoy up top and absolutely loved it
We enjoyed this walk. The views are great. We did this walk late in the day and the water was a bit murky, probably due to recent rain, so we didn't see turtles. Never the less it's still a good walk.
Navigation to some bushwalks can be difficult. Automated navigation using Google Maps or Apple Maps may not be accurate.
Additionally, Aussie Bushwalking doesn't always have accurate positions for where to park for a walk.
Please read the walk description for special directions and take extra care.
