Springwood Conservation Park (Gorge Discovery Track, Spur Track, Deloraine Track and Wheelchair Track)

Brisbane City Council Local Walks
21km away

This walk has the stairs of death on the Gorge Discovery Track. We covered all the tracks, two are circuits and two end on a street, which we back tracked. There is a centre in the park where most tracks cross over. The tracks themselves are beautiful, with great views and man made. The stairs are do-able even for a gumbie like me and the Deloraine and Spur Track also have an good incline. There is a wheelchair track though very long but is beautiful asl well.

Spotted Gum Trail

Daisy Hill Conservation Park
21km away

A fairly level four wheel drive track, so is quite an easy going walk, but a few hilly bits. It takes you through Eucalyptus forest.
For best parking, park at the top right "corner" of the Daisy Hill Rd parking loop at P6. There is a small toilet at P7 about 100m south from P6 on the same loop.
The track can also be accessed at its top left side from Underwood Road.
This loop track can be accessed from the Tree Discovery Trail. There is a track that branches links the two.
