Tough Walk, but good track notes. Our GPS died at the first water collection but we were able to follow with compass and topo map only (and I'm far from an expert navigator). Mostly it is completely off track and need to find your own way scrambling up the rock face and then down the gully on the way back. The camp spot in the saddle is very small, could only just squeeze in a 2 person lightweight tent and even then still had a rock underneath it. We did it in 4.5 hours up and 4 hours down in good weather. |
