wow first time doing this and it was our 4th mountain for the day starts off slow but then UP, UP, UP we went ....the chains were great to hold on to both up and down, I highly recommend good footwear.

The most memorable experience of my life!
with many months of training we were well prepared make sure you do mountains for training and steps, steps and more steps!
The terrain is unforgiving and I worked out fast going up is definitely so much better than down. but what goes up must come down!
Make sure you have good footwear well worn in and a great set of poles!
We did our trek with Adventure Kokoda and I most highly recommend them!

I highly recommend this walk once you get to the top the views are magnificent, the track is unforgiving and not for the unfit do not attempt it if it is your first walk in the park and unfit.

A great climb and seemed very popular with all ages. I would recommend good footwear as the rocky tracks can get loose under foot. Absolutely beautiful views to the Lockyer valley below

Always a favourite great to walk it with a group make sure you have plenty of water as there is no where to refill. The rock scramble provides plenty of great views but you may need to channel a bit of a mountain goat as you scramble across!
