This is a beautiful walk. Very easy and manageable. We also walked to the Warringa Pool for a refreshing dip. This made the trip a bit longer (2 easy Ks) but well worth it. It’s very dry at the moment. Water levels are low so the waterfalls have much less water in them than usual. Would love to go back again when we get rain. Purling Brook Falls were beautiful regardless - a spectacular drop and gorge.

Did this walk and then Purling Brook falls walk. Very beautiful although water is so low the waterfall had lost its twin. Only a single drop instead of two. Fabulous anyway. Would like to come back after rain. Must look amazing

Beautiful walk passing by and under various waterfalls. We were intending to swim in some of the waterholes but it was very dry. The water levels were well down. Still a fabulous walk and waterfalls. Gorgeous rock formations and cliffs/rock faces. Great views of the Pinnacle up top and the view out to the coast and to the sky scrapers on the horizon was fabulous. The rainforest also provides a welcome reprieve from the hot weather.

Beautiful circuit. The water levels are very low right now so will definitely come back and do this again. Would love to see it full. The views from the escarpment are spectacular. Gorgeous! Well worth the effort.

Beautiful walk with great views from the ridge. Classic walk that has it all - waterfall, rainforest, climb to the escarpment with open eucalyptus forest. Well marked trail. Easy to find and navigate.

A gorgeous walk. Highly recommend. Considering the distance not that hard and extremely scenic. Lots of pretty little waterfalls (10+) as you cross cross the creek. Heard about the dingoes but didn’t see any. Could see Crays if looking carefully. Saw stands of amazing ancient Antarctic Beech trees. Whoever said this was boring has no appreciation for Mother Nature and the earth that gives us life. Without the rainforest where will we be? This walk even has views. Highly recommend. If wet, bring spare socks, waterproof shoes, gaiters to protect from leeches and insect repellent.

Fabulous walk. Beautiful rainforest scenery. Saw three snakes. Narrowly missed out on seeing a dingo. Waterfalls and views were gorgeous. Long but not a hard walk. A good endurance walk.

Ascended via the lush Waterfall Gorge with magnificent palms and scenery - an interesting scramble. Stopped for morning tea on the slabby cliffs on the North-East face with views of Lake Moogerah and Mt Edwards. Stunning! Weather was perfect. We continued upwards and around the mountain over a connecting trail to the South East Ridge track which we followed to the summit. A nice sense of accomplishment at the summit. Enjoyed some more views. We descended via the cool and shaded Palm Gorge and stopped at a rocky outcrop for more views. Very scenic walk. Absolutely loved it. Track can be hard to pick up. Am glad I went with someone who knew the way. Would not do this one solo.

Very scenic. The well marked track is very easy to find and follow. Signposting at all intersections. Car park is small. Get there before 8am to increase your chances of getting a park. Combined this walk with Mount Cordeaux. Beautiful views. A scenic walk from start to finish. There are cliff edges so bear that in mind if you have children. Bring warm clothes as it can be chilly and windy at the top. A gorgeous walk. It’s uphill until Mount Cordeaux but it’s not strenuous.

See also my comments for Bare Rock. An excellent walk. Very scenic with spectacular views. Highly recommend. Easily achievable for a person with moderate fitness. Definitely recommend adding Bare Rock and Morgan’s walk. Both have beautiful views and interesting scenery. Mostly flat out to Bare Rock too.

Beautiful views on this walk. The gravel road in is about 5k long and ok for 2wd. At the fork in the road, continue to the right. Strenuous uphill scrambling over roots, rocks and loose gravel/dirt. Will get your heart pumping! Little exposure although it does drop off dramatically at some points so watch your step. There is one very steep rocky climb which gets you to a rocky outcrop with a view of the false summit and summit. Leave space between parties on this section and watch for falling rocks. There is one final push to the top. Worth it for the incredible 360 degree views. Watch your feet on the way down. Can be slippery and hard on the knees. Would not attempt in the wet. Don’t veer off the track.

Scenic walk with steady steep ascent. Rocky path with loose gravel in places. Rock hopping, scrambling and a bit of a rock climb right at the end. Beautiful views. Be sure to bring enough water and something to eat at the summit while you enjoy the view. Can see all the way to Brisbane CBD.

Beautiful scenery and despite the haze enjoyed the beautiful view. Lots of loose rocks and a very eroded goat track with uneven steps. A steady climb.

This beautiful rainforest walk never disappoints. Easy walk on well maintained track. The falls are never more than a trickle but the rocky drop off is interesting. Don’t expect much from the falls and you won’t be disappointed. The real draw card is the rainforest with birds singing and the odd pademelon or wallaby. Nice picnic grounds and Alm Haus cafe nearby.
