This was a highlight of our trip to this area. Did the sunrise viewing then started around 8:30. Perfect conditions, loads of wildflowers, birds and even some butterflies. Completed the circuit in just under 3 hours with many photo stops. Well worth the effort.

Walked this circuit this morning. Fantastic views of Cunningham's Gap and Mt Mitchell. A couple of steep sections just after Mt Mathieson but generally pretty easy. Completed in about 3 and a half hours with plenty of photo stops. Very interesting history of the area.

This is about the 5th time I have done this walk. My favourite because of the variety. Lots of great wildflowers out at the moment and the vies into Numinbah Valley are awesome. Completed in 4 hours.

The walk was all we expected with great cliff scenery. The huts were just great with really comfortable mattresses and everything needed in the kitchen. Shower at the end of day 2 a real bonus. This is not just a hike to get to the end but a total experience . Boat trip, booklet to follow with loads of information and ranger talks at night. Well worth the money we paid. |
