Started at Tally, goes up and up and up and up. The views and teahouse at the top are worth it. It's well signed and even has stairs at the bottom. It's a fun hill to run back down, with a float in the creek at the bottom as a rewards. Don't forget to visit Gorge falls too, which is at the bottom of the hill.

Did this walk yesterday and it was great. Had attempted it once before but didn't give ourselves enough time for how overgrown it was after covid shutdowns. This time we started from the new and only carpark (after the first causeway/bridge, limited to 10 cars) at 9:30am and made it back to westrays grave at about 12:30 before doing Stinson wreck. The track is fairly well trodden at the moment so moving is quite easy, there's a bit of landslide and fallen trees around.

It hadn't rained in a couple of weeks but the falls were still full and spectacular. Just follow the south Branch of the creek up and down and you'll have no dramas, just keep in mind there is a major fork in it heading up, and keep left, bring a GPS if you're unsure. If you can't find a track just rock hop your way up.

Managed to get this one done after finishing Larapinta. Started from the bottom of the climb at around 12:30pm and got back to the car park at about 4:00pm.

Although it's fairly well trodden and marked It's a tricky track with it's steepness and would be a formidable challenge in the wet. We were grabbing tree roots and on all fours for first couple hundred metres of elevation. It should be noted that there is a (easier) track just off to the left as you look up the hill which is not as steep as the immediately obvious slog of a climb at the start.

There seems to be multiple ways to ascend the plateau at the top, but we followed the limited pink & orange hiking tape around to the SE which eventually goes back to the NW through a break in the cliff and up to a rock face where someone has attached climbing rope to a tree for easy climbing up to the top of the plateau. From here it's a steady, but relatively steep walk along the top of the ridge to the camping area.

There's not a whole lot of the wreck left above ground, just some old rusty frame, but it's still a unique sight. The memorial is still fairly well kept. A lot of sporadic rain up the top in the mid afternoon.

Overall a challenging but worthy bushwalk. Come prepared. Plenty of lawyer vine on the track.

Nice walk. Did Larapinta and Stinson in the same day, 2 fit young blokes, started at 9:30am, back to car at 4pm. Some awesome swimming holes along here, good to wake you up on the way back in winter. Hikers tape is sporadic so just stick to the creek's direction if lost. Beware of stinging plants and lawyer vine

Went the day after a couple of days of heavy rain - waterfalls, boggy mud, leeches, fallen trees everywhere. It was great fun, managed to get it done in about 5.5 hrs (with stopping at every waterfall and plenty of photography) and would definitely do it again. If it has been raining prepare to get your feet wet, we crossed many creeks that just weren't possible to cross without stepping ankle deep in the flowing water. The grade of the track is quite mild the entire way, we did it anti-clockwise and we reckon that's the way to go.

Absolutely gorgeous track for a sunrise run in the morning. Multiple lookouts, varied terrain and forest, sights to see, snakes, fires off in the distance. Stayed at a Safari Tent up at Binna Burra for the night then started in the wee hours as the wind whistled through the trees. Was very cold but we warmed up after we started moving. Added Daves Creek in at the end for good measure. This is a track that I can see myself doing multiple times in the years to come.
