| Great walk and dog friendly. Half way is a basic lookout above the quarry and the Brisbane River. Follow the path down to the river and have a read about the old basalt quarry. You’ll also find rusted machinery and an old foundation. I recommend this short, shaded walk. | ||||

| Take lots of water in the summer months, as the path holds a lot of heat. Good, easy to follow track to the lower portals- spotted a couple of snakes on the walk. The water was cold, but so refreshing. Rock hop through the gorge- there’s a rope to help yourself up over the main rockpool. | ||||

| Second attempt to White Rock today as I was significantly off track on a previous attempt back in April. I’m not sure if signage has been updated but it was easy to follow this time. Dogs allowed on leash, but I didn’t know this prior. Good to know for the fur baby owners out there! The climb of the rock is a treat, with a great view! | ||||

| It was so refreshing walking up the creek and taking in the surroundings. Great swimming spots! We were lucky with parking, gets busier later in the day. Still quite a secret spot though. | ||||
