Easy walk and recommended! You can walk with your dogs, too.

Henry Lin on 9 Jan, 2021

Never boring, even though not a lot of whale activities today. Possible to add the Dream time beach forest walk and return along the beach.

Breathtakingly Beautiful View for a comparably short walk just remember this is a sand walk & must only cross at low tide & return before the water rises ! Possibly take towel & thongs if you miss calculate tides.

Beautiful short walk.
Well worth it.

Quick and well maintained walk - lots of interest at the headland - the old lighthouse and foundations of the keeper’s cottage, great views of Cook Island and Fingal Beach, and the amazing volcanic rock formations of the Giant’s Causeway. Blustery winds on our visit, and the rough seas revealed the reefs to the east of the Island.

A peak a week on 26 Sep, 2016

Nice easy walk. Good view of Cook Island. Can either go north from here down to Fingal Beach, which is closer to Cooly, or go south to Dreamtime Beach, on the Kingscliff side.

As said, easy walk, nice views. We passed one lady on the way there who had just seen dolphins from the lookout, though we didn't.
