Located only 4.5 kms outside of Killarney in the Southern Downs Region. From Killarney head towards Queen Mary Falls. Driving along Spring Creek Rd, just before the accent; there is a picnic area called Brown Falls Park. The walk starts by going through a tunnel underneath Spring Creek Rd.
Which maps cover the area?
Starting with a concrete path through the tunnel (a really good echo), you are quickly greated by dirt/mud. From here the track is not all that well defined and is marked with round reflective road sign markers screwed to the trees. Typically red ones heading towards the falls and blue ones heading back. Around half way there is a cascade, keep going past this, the track continues to meander both sides of the creek as you follow the watercourse up to the falls. Same way back.
