This walk provides spectacular views of Wineglass and other bays on the peninsular from the half way point lookout on the ridge between Mt Amos and Mt Mayson, before descending to the white quartz sands of Wineglass Bay.
From Coles Bay, take Freycinet Drive south around Honeymoon Bay and into the NP. The carpark is about 3km in with toilets and walker registration facilities.

The walk starts from the southern end of the car park along a well maintained path to the lookout (there are separate tracks for each direction, which ultimately converge just after the Coles Bay Lookout).
After the lookout (which is as far as most visitors go) the track continues down to the beach, on a slighltly-rougher but still very good track. From the point you hit the beach, you can extent you walk to the end of Wineglass Bay; a 3.2km return trip.
Return the way you came, or alternatively take the easier Isthmus Track west to Hazard's Beach and the coastal track back to the car park (7.4km)
National Park Pass required.
Take plenty of water, a picnic, your swimmers and camera.
