Diverse vegetation on this track. Completed a few days after heavy rain, lots of debris in places and had to clamber over a very large tree about half way in. Lots of water flowing over track and creeks were flowing very well, particularly one creek crossing was challenging to to high water levels. Worth taking all the side trails to see all the waterfalls, which were incredible to see at full flow. Walked anti-clockwise, fairly flat most of the way with slight incline for the last 3km, track ended near Grooms Cottage. Took about 6.5hrs. Great walk!

Fun but steep track. No views but I found scenery beautiful. Started out a warm day but was cold and drizzly up the top at Springbrook.

There are a few variations of this walk. Do your research first. If you are into a bit of bush bashing this is a good track. Footpad easy to follow most of the way. Someone has recently put fresh tape markers, this is helpful as the trail is easily lost near some tree falls and the creek. While this is not one of the epic waterfall filled walks O'Reilly's is famous for, its a great walk on the western side of the plateau.

So many birds on this walk. Felt a bit disappointed by the large amounts of weeds on this trail post fires. Lots of different vegetation and good views of Cunningham's Gap and Main Range.

Agree with others. Not hard at all. I completed this as part of Mt Mathieson trail. Nice views of Spicers Peak. Became a bit arduous by the end. Worth the quick detour to Moss's well for the birds. Someone left a marker to point towards a Satin Bower Birds bower, cheers whoever you are, nice spotting!

Spotted lots of wildlife on this track, many birds, lyerbird, a lace monitor and a koala. Gradual incline contouring the mountain with a few stairs near the top. Some beautiful wild flowers and orchids in flower, if you can find them amongst all the post-fire weeds. |

Quite busy on a public holiday. Parking is very limited. Steady incline all the way to bare rock. Worth the detour to Morgan's walk for a slightly different view. Very fire damaged at Morgan's walk lookout still. Nice walk through varying vegetation. |

Best completed following shoreline track then vear left to follow Grasstree track. This is a steep fire trail. Track veers left again to become the Ridgeline track. About 15 mins to summit from here. Views to the Main Range and Barney NP. Complete circut by following the Ridgeline track straight ahead at the junction. Quite steep down this trail. Follow it all the way to another fire trail that links up with the Shoreline trail. All up took about 4 hours with a stop for lunch. There is a park with toilets about 3km in on the shoreline trail with some nice birdlife about.

Completed after 2 days of rain and was very muddy. Walked clockwise from boarder track. Lots of beautiful waterfalls and creek crossings. Lookouts were white out due to cloud cover all morning. Boarder track back I imagine would be quite scenic in good weather. Quite a flat walk with slow and low gradient climbs. Lots of tree roots and rocks on path and had to climb under a few fallen trees. Took about 5hrs walking as fast as we could in slippery mud and puddles. Fatastic!

Great walk. The first ascent was a bit hard to find the trail due to fire damage. Steep but not too strenuous. Some challenging scramble sections which make it all the more interesting. Great view from 2nd peak to Barney and back to the first peak you just walked from. Decended via 4WD track.

Completed walk clockwise. Amazing waterfalls all the way and lots of photo opportunities. A large fig was fallen over the track near the first falls and we had to scramble up the hill to get around it. Completed on a Friday starting at about 10am. Did not see many other people. We are hammered along and completed it in 3 hours. Very rewarding hike. |
