17km with a large number of ungraded hills is definitely a heart starter. The distance and time are accurate and we finished in just under 4.5 hours of walking so it is very achievable even with only moderate fitness. We walked clockwise and found most of the hills in the first half of the walk which was nice.

We combined the rocky creek and Coobong circuits coming in at 8.2km. Some hills but only short section that was really steep, the rest was fine. Somewhat shaded but I would hate to do it in the very middle of the day. We were finished before 11.

This was a really lovely walk but when you see the sign that says water and fitness required it is not wrong. The first 1km is straight uphill and pretty steep followed by a gentle downhill and then more uphill but less steep through the rainforest for another 500m or so. After that it is a pretty easy walk with some very exposed parts. We had a late start from Brisbane so ended up doing this between 1030-1230 and it was hot and humid so I wouldn't recommend doing it in the heat of summer.

Walked the coastal pathway from Crummunda park on the other side of Currumundi up Point Cartwright and back down to the end of La Balsa Park. 14km in total. There are no views of the ocean for a couple of kms near the start of the walk and we did divert onto the beach for just over a k as well to avoid walking along ocean drive when the path disappeared but it does reappear again and walks along the beach the whole way up to point cartwright.

We did the full circuit, out on blue and back via white and red. This was a picturesque walk even if the dam levels are low and provides good views of various parts of the dam for most of the walk. Some parts undulate a little but nothing compared to the normal steep gradient of multi use tracks. It is however very hot even in early October so start early in the day if walking in the warmer months. We clocked 13km on Strava from the main carpark.

This is not a particularly picturesque walk. First few kms are in residential Caboolture and you hen follow the highway to Wamuran but it is a nice distance if you want to get some kms under your belt and is flat the whole way.

I did this walk solo and went up and back as I am not great at navigation and didn't want to go down a steep slope solo. The track was easy to follow and achievable for moderate fitness. A bit of a scramble in places between the east and west peak but easy enough for beginner scramblers. Views were awesome and whilst there were other people around it wasn't busy and I did feel like I had most of the walk to myself which was amazing. |

I think I followed a slightly different route turning right at the major intersections but I still found myself up at the power staunchion and then turned right into the bush so roughly the same. Great walk, not too hilly, just enough to get a bit of cardio. Largely had the walk to myself at first before I was inundated with trail bike riders. they were very polite but did destroy the peace a little bit. Still great walk worth doing.
